Zuleika Cuevas is the Founder and CEO of Global Woman Leadership™, where she partners with colleges, high schools, and nonprofit organizations to help students build confidence, communicate with impact, and develop an entrepreneurial mindset to stand out and succeed.

She serves as an adjunct professor, teaching at institutions including NYU and Pace University, and previously held executive leadership roles at Citibank as Vice President of Talent & Diversity.

Zuleika is known for delivering high-energy, interactive learning experiences that help students become the CEO of their own Careers—building the confidence, communication skills, and relationships needed to secure opportunities and lead with purpose.

Her signature - Be the CEO of Your Career™ career readiness accelerator equips students with the entrepreneurial mindset, confidence & communication skills to lead their academic and professional journey with intention through practical, real-world learning experiences.
